I'm guessing this was probably from the 1876 Centennial Celebration held at Philadelphia. Pictured is George Washington, with the words "Father of His Country" below. Mount Vernon is also pictured at bottom. In nice condition. Any waviness that appears on the ribbon os from the scanner.. I do not see a makers name.
