GOLD & ENAMEL This badge was bought from the family. The lady I purchased the badge from was a Delano and stated that they were related to Franklin Delano Roosevelts Mother, Sara Delano. This would make a great research project! First Regimental 13th New Jersey badge I have ever come across. The top bar is white enamel and reads "13th N.J. VOLS."
